Who I am

Charlotte is an clinical expert neuro physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. She earned a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in 2010 and has worked at leading London hospitals and rehab centres, including King’s College Hospital, Guy’s and St Thomas’, the London Spinal Cord Injury Unit, and the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. She later served as Clinical Lead Neuro Physiotherapist at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, where she also led the spasticity ward round.

She has worked across the full neurorehabilitation pathway, including neuro intensive care, Levels 1 and 2 rehab, hyper-acute and acute stroke, community, and outpatient services. This breadth of experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of all rehabilitation stages and a wide range of neurological conditions and disability levels.

Charlotte completed an MSc in Neurorehabilitation at Keele University, passing with distinction in 2021. She is a published author in peer-reviewed journals and has lectured to physiotherapy and nursing students at King’s College London and London South Bank Universities. She is passionate about translating research into practice and empowering patients through education.
